Name: Flying Purple People Eater

Description: Well, it’s a one eyed, one horned, flying purple people eater. And it sure looks strange to me!
If you’re of a certain age, those words probably sound familiar to you. Kids, ask your parents about the flying purple people eater. I bet they know, if you don’t!

Attack - Bite (2), Charge (4), Strike (5)

Notes:
This is actually my second “Purple People Eater”, the first having been made in the Trial version of the Creature Creator. I decided to remake him in the full version so that I would have access to more parts, which also lead to a re-imagining of his look. The original version is still available on the Sporepedia if you’d like to check it out.

My initial attempt at a remake failed because I realised I’d given the creature two eyes, no horn and he looked so good I couldn’t bring myself to change the direction of my creation.

This version of the Flying Purple People Eater was created with the full Creature Creator.

Mini-challenge:
Create your own Purple People Eater! The only stipulations for this mini-challenge are that the creature must be purple, must have only one eye and must have only one horn. And it should be capable of “flight”, in that it should have something resembling wings. Other than that, go nuts!

To get creatures into your own game, you need to save the thumbnail of the creature to your hard drive, then click and drag it from the saved location and into your Creature Creator. You will need to have the Creator in Windowed mode (Alt-Enter) in order to drag it there.
