It’s a traffic cone, honest!
The mouth is concealed under the “skirt” of the cone, as is the tiny leg and tiny foot.
Created because I often use a traffic cone as my avatar on gaming forums. The original avatar was rendered using POV-Ray, but I wanted a Spore-y one for the Spores Illustrated forum.
